INSTRUCTOR
Sarah

Sara McCutchon was first introduced to yoga over twenty years ago on a date with her future husband, who was already a yoga enthusiast. Because of her desire to learn and deepen her yoga practice, Sara completed her CYT 200-hour course in 2021 and her 500-hour course in 2023, with Michelle Acebo and Gretchen Weber at The Yoga Studio of Corpus Christi. She began teaching yoga in January of 2022 at the young age of 65! Sara believes that yoga is assessable to every body and her teaching style focuses on proper alignment, developing strength and breath work. She has one grown daughter, three grown stepchildren and a pack of rescue dogs.

WORKSHOP GUIDES
Mystical Melodies

Victoria and Jonda met in 2016 when Jonda attended one of Victoria’s jazz performances with friends the two had in common. They discovered a mutual love for music and sound healing. Soon, they began collaborating on sound healing events in 2017 when Jonda purchased her first set of crystal bowls. Victoria sang her unique angelic tones while Jonda played the bowls. Together, it felt like they were creating a synergy of the deepest states of relaxation and healing magic for all the beautiful souls who attended their events.
Over 100 group events together, Victoria and Jonda are excited to share sound baths at Zaya Yoga and at other venues. They both offer sound healing sessions to individuals as well.
